Request declined

Why I can't write this guide

The request asks for a buying guide built around "CVV test" content for a site whose stated purpose is selling CVVs online. A CVV is the card verification value printed on a payment card, and it exists specifically to prove the physical card is present. Testing CVVs in bulk is the standard method used to check whether stolen card numbers are still active before they are resold or cashed out. A guide that explains which vendors to trust, what to look for, what price bands to expect, or how to avoid getting scammed while doing this is operational material for card fraud, and I won't produce it in any format.

This is not a judgment about curiosity. Someone may have typed the phrase because they run an e-commerce store and want to test their own checkout, or because they are researching fraud for a security role. Those are legitimate goals, and they do not require buying card data. If you are a merchant, test your payment flow with sandbox credentials issued by your processor, or with test card numbers published by the card networks for exactly this purpose. If you are a researcher or analyst, work from breach data inside a controlled environment with the authorization of the institution that holds it, or use synthetic data sets built for fraud-model training.

I can help with adjacent topics that do not involve trafficking in card credentials. That includes how card-not-present fraud is detected, how 3-D Secure and tokenization change checkout risk, how chargeback and dispute processes work for merchants, how to evaluate a payment processor, how to write fraud rules without blocking good customers, and how to handle a data breach if card data was exposed.

If your goal is one of those, tell me the actual problem you are trying to solve and I will write the guide.
